Identificación de los Factores de Riesgo Psicosociales en los Trabajadores de una Escuela Privada en Quito-Ecuador

Risks will always exist in any environment where human beings develop, whether in their work, family, social, etc., because human beings do not have the ability to control situations or external factors that can harm their health or psychosocial well-being. This research had a quantitative approach. The objective was to identify psychosocial risks in workers at a Private Training School; its offices are located in Quito, Ecuador. The sample was an intentional, non-probabilistic sample made up of workers from a Private Training School in Quito, Ecuador. Of these, 24 agreed to participate freely and voluntarily in the study. The Ministry of Labor's MDT (2017) instrument was applied with the support of professionals in occupational health and safety and psychosocial risk. The results revealed that workers showed low and medium psychosocial risk in some dimensions, while in the workplace harassment dimension they presented a high risk. It was suggested that an intervention plan be proposed that prioritizes workers' mental health, respecting their rights, and promoting a workplace in which they feel comfortable.
