Fortalecimiento de habilidades informáticas en educadores: Un estudio hacia el ámbito fiscal

Currently, Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) play a crucial role in the transformation of education, redefining both the access and integration of knowledge into daily practice. These tools enhance collaborative, personalized and inclusive learning environments, responding to the needs of a digitalized society. However, the effectiveness of ICT depends on the preparation of teachers, who face barriers such as lack of training and technological resources, especially in rural and marginalized contexts. In the case of Ecuador, despite progress in the implementation of training programs, the digital divide continues to limit the adoption of modern methodologies. This study, focused on the La Pila Fiscal Educational Unit, analyzes how strengthening teaching technological skills can improve educational practices and generate more equitable and innovative learning environments. Through an experimental design, the effectiveness of computer skills training will be evaluated, with the aim of promoting more active teaching adapted to the demands of the 21st century.
