Formação continuada e a LDB: uma visão a partir de uma instituição de ensino técnico profissionalizante

With the introduction of the Basic Guidelines Law for Education, Law No. 9394, on December 20, 1996, the debate began on the political-pedagogical training of teachers in the most diverse areas of education. Therefore, a discussion was needed on the continuing education of these professionals, so that they could improve their pedagogical techniques and practices in the classroom. Thus, this article aims to investigate the continuing education practices implemented in a technical and vocational education institution in the State of São Paulo, through its Coordination of Secondary and Technical Education - CETEC, more specifically CETEC Capacitações, carrying out a qualitative analysis with a focus on bibliographic and documentary research on the impacts of teacher certifications in relation to the continuing education program of the aforementioned institution and their performance in the classroom.
