Estimation de la composition des dépenses publiques agricoles sur la croissance de la valeur ajoutée agricole réelle du Mali
This article aims to estimate the composition of public agricultural expenditure on the growth of real agricultural value added in Mali. The breakdown of agricultural public sector allows macroeconomic stabilization in general and the agricultural economy in particular in the short and long term. To achieve this, the “Autoregressive Distributed Lag/ARDL” model (4 4 4 1 1 2) made it possible to estimate the short- and long-term relationships of macroeconomic variables with temporal dynamic random delay (adjustment lag, expectations [ …]). The data processing process was done with the Stata 2016 software. At the end of the results, public agricultural investments are sources of economic growth in Mali in the short and long term, both at the same time. The ARDL model globally shows us that current agricultural expenditure in government (lndepfit), agricultural area (lnsup) has a positive effect on real agricultural value added (lnvaar) in the short term, while expenditure in the agricultural sector (lndepinvit), agricultural population (lnpop), agricultural equipment (lnequi) vary negatively. In the long term, expenses (Indepinvit) and agricultural equipment have a positive effect on real agricultural added value, while the other variables have a negative effect.
