Scientific publications related to the principles of Environmental, Social & Governance have garnered attention not only from the literature but also, and more importantly, from the public and private sectors. In this context, the importance of Knowledge Management is highlighted, as it helps organizations prepare for the new challenges of the 21st century. Objective: The general objective of this research was to conduct a bibliometric study on publications about Environmental, Social & Governance and Knowledge Management, deposited in the Scopus and Web of Science repositories between the years 2001 and 2023, comprising a total of 364 records. Originality/Value: This work is pioneering in combining a bibliometric analysis with the themes, standing out as a valuable contribution to the literature and organizational practice. Methodology: The research used a bibliometric approach, analyzing scientific publications indexed in the Scopus and Web of Science databases to identify relevant trends, authors, countries, and keywords. Results: The results indicated an annual growth of 20.63% in publications on Environmental, Social & Governance and Knowledge Management, with China, Italy, and Spain being prominent, and the journal Sustainability as the main source of publications. It was found that this theme is expanding and growing at a rate of 20.63% per year, with an average citation number of 24.79 for the sampled articles. It is recommended for future works to conduct a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) on the proposed theme, which would allow for a more in-depth methodological analysis of the results of each article in the selected sample.
