Escribir lo vegetal en la poesía hispanoamericana contemporánea

I propose a reflection on some manifestations of contemporary Hispanic American phytopoetry in which the vegetal is written through a “discursive ventriloquism” (Nascimento 2023) that pursues the maximum respect for the exploration of the vegetal other, by means of avoiding the translative sense of meanings. The objective of the article is to continue with what Evando Nascimento proposed in El pensamiento vegetal as a way of reading poetry (in Portuguese), now focusing on a brief corpus of Hispanic American poetry that rejects humanism and explores other modes of relating to the vegetal through the poetic word
