Evolución de las relaciones absolutas y relaciones relativas en el derecho romano clásico
In this writing, I aim to continue to present, in a timeline, an issue that was already addressed previous issues of Misión Jurídica journal, namely the Archaic Period and, separately, the Preclassical Period. In this opportunity, I will discuss The development of absolute relations versus relative relations in the Classical Roman Law. This time, I will apply an innovating legal methodology developed by my distinguished Argentinean professor, Dr. Miguel Ángel Ciuro Caldani, namely, the law trialistic theory three-dimensionally integrated. This approach will help me to delve into the private Roman law, by encompassing its historical context, the state structure, the evolution of law, and, of course, Roman Jurisprudence. All this is set to lay the foundations for an analysis of the Post-classical Period, to be developed in a forthcoming Misión Jurídica issue, which will end with the last emperor of Rome, Justinian the First's work, the Corpus Iuris Civilis. This monumental work made it possible for Roman Law to become a universal legacy, the quintessential pillar of tradition and legal science, and the fundamental basis of our Colombian legislation.
