The purpose of this study is to experiment with the solid waste of sunflower seeds, seeking to determine its feasibility to carry out the production of laundry soaps based on the provisions of RTE INEN 088 “SURFACE TENSION AGENTS”, the waste It consists of sunflower waxes that are discarded in the process of making sunflower oil, more specifically in the extraction of the oil from the seeds. After the respective investigation that the case warrants, each stage of the soap making process was developed in detail. . , therefore, several formulas or recipes were developed, with variations in the percentage of the elements of its composition, since with this action the observation of the results with each of these variations in composition was sought to establish a or several recipes as optimal as pursued by the research, achieving various satisfactory results, evidencing the viability of sunflower waxes in the production of laundry soaps.
