This scientific article will portray the difficulties faced by black women in the job market, in view of the human rights violations suffered by these women in this specific situation. An analysis will be carried out of the main discriminations suffered by this group, aiming to expose their vulnerability to other groups within the corporate and professional world, reflections of society. Finally, the article will present the international legislation that aims to guarantee and ensure human rights, focusing on the protection of the rights be-longing to the victims of the case in question, and how States should proceed in such situations.
