Development of A Learning Program In A Teacher Training Course That Provides A Class Image of "Problem Solving Through Programming of Interactive Content"

Teachers have many difficulties in teaching D(2) in the field of Technology and Home economics. In addition, students in teacher training courses have no experience of studying D(2) in junior high school, so they do not have a concrete image of how to teach D(2). Therefore, when they become technology teachers, they may have difficulty teaching D(2). In order to solve these problems, this study examined and developed a learning program that helps the students in teacher training to imagine how to teach D(2). The study then implemented the developed learning program for the students aiming to obtain a technology teaching license. As a result, it became clear that experiencing content production from the perspective of a learner (junior high school student) was effective in helping students imagine how to teach D(2).

Abstract

Teachers have many difficulties in teaching D(2) in the field of Technology and Home economics. In addition, students in teacher training courses have no experience of studying D(2) in junior high school, so they do not have a concrete image of how to teach D(2). Therefore, when they become technology teachers, they may have difficulty teaching D(2). In order to solve these problems, this study examined and developed a learning program that helps the students in teacher training to imagine how to teach D(2). The study then implemented the developed learning program for the students aiming to obtain a technology teaching license.
