Computerised Dynamic Visual Acuity measurement in Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo patients and its reliability
This paper aims to investigate the applicability of computerized Dynamic Visual Acuity (cDVA) in Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV) patients by comparing their performance with control participants. The study involved 25 control and 8 BPPV participants who completed a VAAI questionnaire, Video Head Impulse Test (v-HIT), and cDVA, with controls undergoing a test-retest of cDVA.<br/>The results revealed that the cDVA test-retests in control participants were reliable and no significant difference in DVA-loss between BPPV and control participants.
