\napproach that has the potential to achieve a sustainable environment, 
\nhealth, and economic development based on each individual‘s sustainable 
\ndevelopment, which requires the necessary technical and institutional 
\ninfrastructure to meet this need. Despite the uncertainties and 
\ndisruptions of a constantly changing economic landscape, this approach 
\nemphasizes the importance of each individual‘s cognitive ability-skill 
\ndevelopment cycle without interruption, which will guarantee 
\nsustainability and shed light on scientific unknowns.
