Cálculo de la energía vital desde el pensamiento de Jürgen Klaric

The central objective was to build a tool, for the management of human talent, that, based on individual perceptions, can objectively calculate the levels of vital energy and identify personalized strategies that allow them to be maintained or increased in various contexts of action, for the benefit of the organization. The tool is inspired by the thinking of Jürgen Klaric; and corresponds to a qualitative option, which falls under the name of energy map. One of the contributions over other similar tools is that it weights the relative importance of the aspects that are evaluated, and reflects the greater or lesser impact of the evaluations on each of them. For its development, a review of literature dealing with the concept of vital energy was carried out, generating a theoretical model that was reviewed by various colleagues, whose opinions allowed us to identify some existing gaps and improvement options, giving rise to the final model. This model was tested with participants in various events and workshops where it was applied; and the corresponding feedback was received. The results obtained indicate that it is a practical tool and allows achieving the objective for which it was designed.
