Análisis de gestión pedagógica del directivo y la gestión pedagógica docente en una unidad educativa fiscomisional Zona 7 - Ecuador

Effective pedagogical management is the key to quality education. Therefore, the present study had the objective of analyzing the pedagogical management of the director and the pedagogical management of teachers in a fiscal-commissioned educational unit of Zone 7 - Ecuador District 11D01, during the 2022-2023 school year. The deductive method with quantitative approach and descriptive scope was used, through the use of the survey technique and a structured questionnaire based on Huamán (2024), as an instrument for data collection. For this purpose, 98 teachers of the aforementioned institution were considered as the study population. In short, the results revealed that the "Planning" dimension had the highest percentage (51.54%) at the general level, showing that most teachers consider this area to be solid and "Very adequate" in the manager's pedagogical management process. Likewise, it was observed that the remaining dimensions; "Organization", "Pedagogical Management", "Direction and Control", obtained an intermediate valuation, corresponding to "Adequate" (with a percentage between 40% and 50%). Finally, it was possible to identify the area for improvement, which corresponds to the "Execution" dimension.
