Сутність тактико-спеціальної підготовки в правоохоронній діяльності

The article is devoted to the peculiarities of the formation of one of the most important components in the activities of law enforcement officers - tactical and special training. Some legal aspects of the essence of tactical and special training in law enforcement activities are highlighted. Attention is focused on the importance of comprehensive study of tactical and special training, since it provides the ability to act effectively in conditions of stress, uncertainty and high risk in professional activities. In modern conditions, when crime is becoming more diverse and complex, and the level of threats to public safety is increasing, the effectiveness of the work of law enforcement agencies largely depends on the level of tactical and special training of their employees. The study noted that one of the key functions of the state is the organizational and legal support of tactical and special training and training of law enforcement officers. It is outlined that tactical and special training is an organized, almost continuous process of acquiring knowledge, special skills and abilities necessary for the effective performance of official duties. There are various forms of professional training, including training in institutions with special conditions, advanced training in specialized courses, etc. In the context of the development of the law enforcement system, tactical and special training is not only a means of increasing the efficiency of law enforcement officers, but also a key element in ensuring law and order and the safety of citizens. It is emphasized that the purpose of such training is determined by the needs of society, as well as the interests of law enforcement officers themselves. Thus, the ways to improve tactical and special training in law enforcement activities are: modernization of curricula and training courses; increasing the level of interdepartmental coordination and interaction; intensive use of psychological training; expansion of tactical skills through practical training; updating technical equipment and using modern technologies; constant updating of knowledge through international experience; individualization of training; regular assessment of training effectiveness.
