Модель фінансового забезпечення НАТО

The publication elaborates the general provisions of the financial support of NATO activities in time and space. Based on the study and analysis of NATO financial rules, a conceptualization of NATO financial support was carried out and a model of the latter was built, which includes the goal, which is defined as ensuring the implementation of the mission and political, military, economic, scientific, cultural and other goals of NATO at the tactical, operational and strategic levels, sources of NATO resource formation (through direct and indirect contributions), types of budgets (civilian and military budgets, NATO Security Investment Program), forms of financial support (general, joint contributions in kind and trust funds), principles of financial support (traditional principles of the EU budgetary process, as well as the principles of proportionality and netting), institutions of NATO financial support (North Atlantic Council, Budget and Investment Committees, heads of NATO bodies, NATO Resource Office, NATO International Secretariat, financial controllers, Resource Policy and Planning Board, NATO Board of International Auditors). Implementation of this model in the practice of financial support of the domestic defense sector will significantly accelerate Ukraine's integration into NATO structures.
