Анализ биохимической активности чистых культур спорообразующих бактерий рода Bacillus в условиях воздействия ионизирующего излучения и естественного фонового уровня
This paper presents the results of studies of the biochemical activity of bacteria of the genus Bacillus (Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus thuringiensis, Bacillus mycoides and Bacillus cereus) under prolonged exposure to ionizing radiation. It was found that a high level of activity of enzymes capable of splitting starch is observed in microorganisms isolated from the soils of the BBZ. At the same time, it was noted that the amylolytic activity of the studied representatives of the genus Bacillus isolated from the soils of the PHREZ is 58% lower, and those isolated from the soils of the Belarusian NPP are 45% lower. Analysis of the proteolytic activity of the main representatives of the genus Bacillus, isolated from their soils of model territories, showed that the highest level of extracellular proteolytic enzymes capable of cleaving casein was observed in bacteria in samples of BBZ soils. The maximum level of proteolytic activity was observed in Bacillus subtilis (casein hydrolysis zone 7±0.02 mm) isolated from soils of the same area.
