Електронне врядування в Україні: інновації, виклики та перспективи розвитку

The relevance of the research on e-governance in Ukraine is determined by the need to improve the public administration system through the implementation of information and communication technologies. This issue becomes particularly important in the context of digital transformation, where e-governance is becoming a key tool for ensuring the accessibility, transparency, and efficiency of public and municipal services. Legal support for e-governance plays a crucial role, including the introduction of electronic registers and online services such as «Diia» and Reserve+, which significantly simplify citizens’ interaction with government institutions and local authorities, reducing the processing time of requests and ensuring access to services via the internet. The aim of the article is to analyse such tools as electronic registers and mobile applications and to study their importance in the development of e-governance in Ukraine. Special attention is paid to the integration of electronic services that contribute to increasing transparency and efficiency in the work of government authorities. National portals and applications are discussed, which not only facilitate access to services but also ensure the convenience of performing administrative procedures such as business registration and document processing. The implementation of digital solutions enables citizens to carry out operations without physical presence in institutions, reducing service time and helping to fight bureaucracy. This also helps reduce the workload on government institutions and local authorities, optimizing their work. However, the implementation of e-governance is accompanied by challenges, particularly regarding data security, which requires the improvement of information protection mechanisms. The material of the article covers practical aspects of the implementation of e-governance, analyzes the advantages and limitations of existing digital services, and identifies the main issues that may arise during the implementation of electronic tools in public administration.
