ГЕНЕЗА ТА ЕВОЛЮЦІЯ ВІДКРИТИХ ПРОСТОРІВ БАГАТОПОВЕРХОВОЇ ЗАБУДОВИ НА ПРИКЛАДІ МІСТА ІВАНО-ФРАНКІВСЬК

Historical trends and evolution in the organization of open spatial elements in the context of urban development are considered. An analysis of the influence of architectural solutions on the formation of a high-quality environment for the lives of residents was carried out. The study of the genesis and evolution of open spaces in the city of Ivano-Frankivsk is important for understanding its historical development and contemporary problems. Studying how open spaces in high-rise residential complexes have developed allows for a better understanding of current urban challenges and the formation of recommendations for their future solutions. It is important to note that the issue of open spaces is connected not only with architectural aspects, but also with social, ecological and economic aspects that determine the quality of life in the city. Studying the problems of open spaces in urban planning practice is one of the key aspects in the planning of multi-story buildings. These spaces, which include courtyards, squares, parks and other public areas, play an important role in the life of the city and the comfort of its residents. A balanced combination of residential buildings and open spaces ensures an appropriate level of social integration, contributes to the formation of public life and allows maintaining the ecological balance of the urban environment. The purpose of this study is to analyze the genesis and evolution of open spaces of high-rise buildings on the outskirts of the city of Ivano-Frankivsk. Special emphasis is placed on the Soviet period, when there was a transition from low-rise to high-rise buildings. The issue of the transformation of the urban environment after the collapse of the Soviet Union is also considered.
