Vocalismo iberorrománico y afrorrománico: sílaba y diptongos
The interaction of Andalusian Romance, Afro-Roman Latin, Basque-Romance, and Ibero-Romance at the origins of Spanish that we presented in previous works implies a reconsideration of numerous aspects that the traditional bibliography had not been able to explain satisfactorily, in the opinion of this author. This does not imply an inconsiderate attitude towards these previous works (which also include our own), but the confirmation that advances in Anthropology, Archaeology, Biology, Philology, and History have produced a better knowledge of reality prior to the 10th century. Some of the consequences of these innovative contributions are now pointed out regarding the evolution of vocalism.
