Trayectorias gubernamentales sobre la implementación territorial del Acuerdo Final de Paz (2016-2023)

The article presents the institutional trajectories that have accompanied the territorial implementation of the peace agreement signed in Havana. Recovering the Gramscian approach of the power bloc, it proposes a differentiation between hegemonic and counter-hegemonic governments in order to identify ruptures and continuities and to assess the possibility of an effective materialization of peace under a progressive political project. Methodologically, the research recovers institutional documents that give an account of territorial policy decisions during the last three governments; supported by critical geography, it studies the paths that such policies generate to put an end to the geography of war and to advance in horizons of spatialjustice. The text is organized in three sections. An initial section, Trajectories of territorial implementation during the governments of the hegemonic bloc, proposes a general reading of the process during the Santos and Duque administrations. A second section, Geographic thinking for peace under a counter-hegemonic government, presents a series of readings on the correspondence between the total peace policy and the AFP. Finally, the Denied Peace presents the obstacles in terms of the regime of domination and accumulation to materialize territorial peace.
