Violencia de Género y la Autoestima en las Mujeres del barrio Chunchi, Cantón Portovelo año 2023

Gender violence, like any type of violence, is a serious social problem that threatens the physical, psychological, sexual integrity and more, of women for the simple fact of being women, regardless of the space where they are immersed, each woman who has suffered some type of violence throughout his life, has presented variations in his self- esteem, the same ones that have prevented an optimal development in his daily life, after having actively investigated data and information on explorations carried out against the variables of violence and self-esteem, we proceed to the study of the exposed conceptualizations, each one with its particular position, allowing to deepen the knowledge in front of it, raise the knowledge and analyze what is the relationship that gender violence has with self-esteem, finally in the analysis and Discussion of the results compares the types of violence they have suffered, the main causes and the effects on the self-esteem of the women of the Chunchi neighborhood of the Salati Parish of the Portovelo Canton in the year 2023, finally it is concluded that linked to the causes and consequences there are triggering factors for it to take place, without forgetting that this group of women would like violence prevention workshops to exist.
