TECHNOLOGICAL APPROACH TO THE FORMATION OF DESIGN SKILLS OF FUTURE PEDAGOGUES OF PROFESSIONAL AND PRACTICAL TRAINING IN VOCATIONAL AND TECHNICAL EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

The article examines the technological approach to the formation of design skills of future pedagogues of professional and practical training in vocational and technical education institutions. An overview of the concept of «design skills» and their meaning in the modern educational context has been carried out. The components of the formation of design skills of pedagogues of professional and practical training are considered in detail. Modern approaches to the formation of design skills are analyzed; in particular, methods and programs aimed at their development in future pedagogues. Special attention is paid to the technological approach to the formation of design skills, which includes the usage of modern technologies in the educational process. The role of the technological approach in ensuring the effective formation of the design skills of pedagogues of professional and practical training has been studied. The results of the analysis show that the implementation of the technological approach contributes to the improvement of the quality of education and training of future pedagogues.
