Within the analysis of the PHVA cycle and its percentage evaluation, the "Verify" stage is the one that is mainly within an acceptable range of implementation, representing 50%. However, 35% of companies remain in a critical state within that same stage. There was no statistically significant difference between the stages of the PHVA cycle; When comparing the means of these stages, equal means were presented. Partial compliance with the minimum standards regulated under resolution 0312 of 2019 of the Ministry of Labor was presented.
