Síntomas atípicos en el diagnóstico de hematoma de la vaina de los rectos tras colecistectomía laparoscópica
Rectus sheath hematoma (RSH) is an accumulation of blood within the layer of tissue surrounding the rectus abdominis muscles[1].It is a rare cause of abdominal pain, constituting approximately 2% of the total. It is frequently related to the use of anticoagulation, high-impact abdominal trauma, and currently, increasingly, to wounds caused by laparoscopic trocars. Its course is usually self-limited and with symptoms that can cause it to go unnoticed, but it can be fatal after hypovolemic shock[2]. In order to help in the diagnosis of future cases, we present ours in particular.
