The empirical methods of research were used: the test-questionnaire of A. V. Zverkov and E. V. Eidman to study the emotional and volitional self-regulation of the individual as a characteristic of emotional stability; the methodology “Burnout Syndrome” in the professions of the “person-to-person” system to determine the manifestation of professional burnout in military officers.
