Principles for ensuring the continuity of the information and educational environment of secondary and higher education

The article explores the problems of substantiation of conceptual theoretical and methodological provisions for ensuring continuity at the levels of general secondary and higher education in the context of digital transformation processes. The author justifies the ontological aspect and the content of the formulated principles as requirements for resource and procedural support for improving the system-environment organization of educational institutions, taking into account the technologization of the educational activities of its subjects on an information and communication basis.
