Pointe-à-Pitre, petite ville caribéenne entre marginalisation et renouveau de proximité

For many years, the city of Pointe à Pitre has been experiencing economic and social difficulties and a loss of attractiveness. This is affecting the links between people and marginalizing the area. However, a number of initiatives have been launched to counter this situation in this urban territory from overseas. This article presents some of them, reflecting on the concept of proximity in and out of space.
