To the issue of modeling the hydropneumatic influence on the liquid medium of the seed mass

The technologies for obtaining seeds of pumpkin, melon, and a wide range of vegetable crops, along with the technological equipment that implements them, are directly dependent on the physical and mechanical properties of the objects being processed. According to the authors, the results of this study provide a promising solution for succulent crops that contain a large number of liquid components in their structure – a combined method that integrates hydraulic and pneumatic influences on the processing environment to achieve a more complete and high-quality extraction of conditioned seeds. The analytical study traced the hydrodynamic field of vortex flow in a conditionally homogeneous and continuous medium with a certain density, followed by an examination of particle dynamics in a centrifugal fluid field under the influence of cavitation and bubbling. The approximation of an analytical model that describes the physical essence of the seed mass cleaning process to real processes allows for the selection of constructive and technological parameters of the developed equipment during the design phase.
