Following the initial proposal, the model was adjusted through expert input, resulting in the inclusion of new indicators and the removal of less relevant ones. Final validation was done using specific criteria, leading to the selection of the most critical indicators. The result was a robust and validated model, ready for implementation in real-world settings, providing a comprehensive view of the entrepreneurial tourism ecosystem in Manabí. This model comprises six dimensions and eleven determinant factors, along with 25 indicators deemed crucial, offering an effective guide for decision-making in the tourism sector.
