Gerencia sostenible en la era de la industria 5.0: Estrategias y desafíos para un futuro responsable

The objective of this article was to analyze the challenges of the manager in industry 5.0, which represents a significant evolution in the organizational field, where the integration of advanced technologies is redefining production processes, interactionwith customers and management of the supplychain. In this context, managers face a series of complex challenges that require a deep understanding of emerging technological trends, as well as leadership and adaptability skills to guide their teams to success in a highly competitive and constantly changing environment. It is developed as a type of Descriptive Research, with a qualitative approach, using the hermeneutic method to analyze the contributions of different authors on the topic for the subsequent reflection. Data was obtained from various texts that addressed topics such as challenge, manager, innovation, artificial intelligence, sustainability, transformational leadership and industry 5.0. In conclusion, managers in Industry 5.0 must be prepared to face complex and changing challenges, adopting a proactive, innovative and collaborative approach to successfully lead in a digitalized and highly competitive business environment.
