¿Hacia una nueva relación entre los poderes del Estado? La creación de los órganos constitucionales autónomos en México y su papel transformador
This text analyzes the role of the autonomous constitutional bodies in the Mexican political system as part of the transition to democracy and their current constitutional fit. First, we study presidentialism as a form of government and specifically its variant in Mexico. Second, it examines the autonomous constitutional bodies as one of the Mexican constitutional innovations that paved the way, taking the National Commission of Human Rights as a case study. It is suggested that this type of organization could be impacting the political system in terms of separation and division of powers of the State, although with limits.
