Γ-convergence and stochastic homogenization of integral functionals defined on measures

We study the $\Gamma$-convergence of nonconvex integral functionals defined on vector-valued Radon measures. Using local minimization problems rather than convex duality, we establish an integral representation of the $\Gamma$-limit. This framework is applied to stochastic homogenization, yielding explicit homogenization formulas.

Abstract

We study the $\Gamma$-convergence of nonconvex integral functionals defined on vector-valued Radon measures. Using local minimization problems rather than convex duality, we establish an integral representation of the $\Gamma$-limit. This framework is applied to stochastic homogenization, yielding explicit homogenization formulas.
