Estrategias familiares en contextos de pobreza en América Latina

This paper analyses family strategies in the context of poverty in Latin Americathrougha systematic documentary reviewof60papersindexed in five databases forthe period 2000-2022. Family strategies emergeand make sense in contexts of vulnerability due to the lack of effectiveness of social welfare policies. The most commonstrategies are support networks, migration,and informal work. Women play an essential role in the development and success of these strategies, although the neglect of their health and well-being is visible in the context of gender-basedviolence
