Estudio de sistemas de calidad total sociosustentables en organizaciones de la zona metropolitana del Valle de Toluca

The objective of this research was “to determine the level of preparation of organizations in the Metropolitan Area of ​​the Toluca Valley to form Socio-Sustainable Total Quality Systems, and to propose relevant improvement proposals”, for this purpose qualitative research was developed, with interpretive scope and action research design. By developing both documentary and field research, the following results were obtained: a Management Systems Integration model was proposed along with a methodology for its implementation which is detailed in the research report.
