Efectividad del Uso de la Simulación en la Formación de Estudiantes de Enfermería

Introduction. Simulation is the “process by which we try to achieve results that are as close as possible to clinical practice”, it is a technique to replace or complete real-life experiences with guided experiences. Aim. Describe the effectiveness of the use of simulation in the training of nursing students. Methodology. The study is a systematic review type RS, bibliographic, which were found in the registry database, Google Scholar, Semantic Scholar, Pubmed, Scielo, Scopus, after applying the inclusion and exclusion criteria according to the PRISMA-ScR guidelines 2020, fifteen scientific articles were integrated for review (School Semantic = 10, PubMed = 4, Scielo = 1), in the search for studies descriptors were used through keywords related to health sciences (DeCS/ MeSH): Nursing students, simulation, student training. Results. 722 scientific articles were found, of which 463 articles were eliminated due to duplicity, likewise 209 studies were eliminated due to inconsistency with titles and abstracts, reaching fifteen articles that meet criteria for study and review. Conclusion. The nursing students with ABS felt fulfilled, confident in managing the care of a patient, it has a positive effect and good importance, improving the scores of nurse-patient communications, experimental operational skills, critical thinking, and laying a good foundation medical and self-learning capacity.
