Desarrollo de sistema de adquisición de datos que detecte niveles de estrés

The article addresses the growing issue of workplace stress in modern life, exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic, which has increased work demands and pressure, leading to a rise in chronic stress with negative impacts on workers' physical and mental health, as well as their overall quality of life. To tackle this challenge, a data acquisition system is proposed, designed to collect and analyze relevant information for stress detection. This system measures key environmental and physiological factors, drawing inspiration from previous research on the effects of stress on employees and their work environment. The goal is to identify early signs of stress through accurate data collection, enabling the monitoring and assessment of conditions that influence workers' well-being. The proposal represents an effective tool for detecting stress in the workplace and contributing to its prevention.
