A desprofissionalização da profissão docente: atuação de professores em componentes curriculares diversos da sua formação docente

The article aims to present the contributing factors for the training of teachers in different curricular components of their teacher training in the state education network of the state of Rondônia. It corresponds to the results of field research carried out in the period from 2022 to 2025. The data are analyzed based on the triangulation of bibliographies, documents and semi-structured interviews with participating professors in the research. As discussed, we open to deprofessionalization, devaluation of teaching profession, cultural representation and production of identities in consonance with the theoretical reference that supports the analysis. The results show that the main reasons that condition teachers to teach different curricular components of their teacher training are: need for work; school necessity; receive mobility from a school teacher for another; affinities of conecimento areas; New experiences and the beginning of your career.
