Calidad y gestión educativa en el proceso formativo de estudiantes de maestría
Educational quality and educational management are fundamental pillars in the development of the teaching-learning process, especially at advanced academic levels such as the master's degree. These two concepts are not only considered independently, but their interaction has become increasingly relevant to ensure the success of students in their professional and academic training. In this context, educational management plays a crucial role, since it is responsible for organizing, planning and evaluating the resources and strategies necessary for the teaching process to be effective and efficient. On the other hand, educational quality refers to the capacity of academic programs to offer comprehensive and relevant training that meets the needs and expectations of students, as well as national and international standards. The process of adaptation of master's degree students to new teaching methodologies, combined with the constant evolution of the needs of the labor market and the demands of knowledge, has required greater flexibility on the part of educational institutions. In this sense, the study shows that there is a close relationship between educational quality and educational management, which implies that both must be aligned to achieve optimal results in the educational process. The high correlation observed in the results (Rho = 0.976) reflects the mutual influence of these two factors in the academic development of master's degree students. Furthermore, this positive relationship indicates that efficient educational management, which promotes adequate resources, relevant learning spaces and constant evaluation of pedagogical processes, improves educational quality.
