Avaliação do retorno elástico do aço INOX 441 em processos de dobra em diferentes velocidades e abertura de matriz de dobra
This study investigates the springback phenomenon in the forming process of AISI 441 stainless steel sheets, a critical factor for dimensional accuracy in bent components. Experiments were conducted by varying sheet thickness (0.9 mm, 1.2 mm, and 1.59 mm), die opening (V10 and V12), and forming speed (10mm/s and 12mm/s). The results show that thinner sheets and dies with larger openings exhibit greater springback, while lower forming speeds help reduce this effect. The analysis highlights the importance of controlling process parameters to minimize rework, reduce costs, and ensure dimensional quality.
