Avaliação retrospectiva na qualidade de leite cru proveniente de Rondônia Amazônia Ocidental

The aimwas to evaluate the compliance of raw milk, in the municipality of Presidente Médici, central region of Rondônia, with the parameters required by Normative Instruction (IN) No. 76/2018 and the Inspection Manual (Brasil, 2022), in order to verify the adequacy of the product to milk quality standards.Parameters such as defatted dry extract, fat, lactose, protein and total solids were analyzed. As well as somatic cell analysis, in addition to microbiological analysis such as Total Bacterial Count (CBT). The values found for the CBT parameters are in accordance with the legislation, although there were fluctuations in the first, second and fourth quarters, where 39 of the 140 producers presented averages above that established by legislation (> 300,000 CFU/ml). The results found for the Somatic Cell Count in 100% of the samples were within the requirements by law (500,000 cells/ml). The composition results such as defatted dry extract, lactose, protein, and total solids were within the requirements of the law. Except for the fat content with the average respectively of 2.63, 2.65, 2.78 (g/100g) for the months of February, March, and April, differing from the minimum 3.0g/100g. It is concluded that the raw milk received at the dairy does not comply with the Manual of Inspection and Monitoring Procedures for Milk and Dairy Products in Establishments Registered under Federal Inspection (SIF) of April 8, 2024 and legislation IN No. 76/18 for the fat content in the months of February, March, and April 2021.
