Análisis de estrategias didácticas activas y pasivas en la enseñanza en ciencias de la salud: una revisión bibliográfica

In health scienceseducation, it is important for professionals to acquire theoretical knowledge, practical skills and ethical foundations. Traditionally, lectures have been the predominant methodology, achieving to impart large amounts of information, but with limitations in the development of critical thinking. On the other hand, active methodologies encourage student participation and improve information retention. The objective of this study was to analyze and implement a hybrid model based between passive and active methodologies to maximize the benefits of both strategies and to propose recommendations based on current evidence through the methodology of a literature review. Thus, it became evident that active strategies favor the development of skills, critical thinking and labor development, however, they have important socioeconomic limitations. Therefore, a hybrid approach is recommended to provide better results in the teaching-learning process in health sciences students.
