Análisis de la comunicación política del Gobierno de Daniel Noboa en tiempos de crisis energética y su impacto en la opinión pública del Ecuador, en el periodo septiembre-diciembre 2024

The objective of this research was to conduct an analysis of the political communication of Daniel Noboa's government in times of energy crisis and its impact on public opinion in Ecuador, in the period September-December 2024. The methodological strategies implemented are of mixed approach, in which a content analysis, interviews and surveys were conducted. The main results reflect that the National Government did not define its crisis communication strategies, and thus communicate effectively and involve the population in each of its decisions. Similarly, communication strategies were applied with the same message for the entire population, there was no coordination among spokespersons and there was no selection of channels to reach the public more effectively. Public perception of the government is low because the public believes that the measures to face the crisis were not transparent, its speeches were not coherent with the actions regarding the crisis. Similarly, the issue of disinformation was not handled, which affected the image and reputation of the government. This underlines the need for dynamic and flexible communication strategies that are coherent and reliable.
