Actividades de orientación educativa que realiza el psicopedagogo para favorecer la prevención del embarazo adolescente

This study refers to adolescent pregnancy as one of the negative impacts on sexual and reproductive health during this stage; therefore, the educational psychologist, as a counselor for excellence in socio-educational spaces, should contribute to the prevention of this problem. The research has the objective of elaborating educational guidance activities carried out by the educational psychologist aimed at the prevention of teenage pregnancy. The diagnosis was carried out in a Basic Secondary School and methods of the theoretical and empirical level were determined. As a result, educational guidance activities of a preventive nature constitute an alternative solution to raise the level of knowledge about the methods and ways of preventing teenage pregnancy, knowledge about the consequences of teenage pregnancy and personal significance given to responsible motherhood and fatherhood.
