Самоідентифікація особистості в сучасному інформаційному просторі: до концептуалізації смислу

It is shown that during periods of global change within the information society, individuals inevitably find themselves in situations marked by contradictory processes and a subsequent crisis of identity. This is driven by transformations within the symbolic universe, which serves as an intermediary between the individual and society and within which all forms of life activity for each individual were carried out and regulated. It is argued that a person is significantly dependent on the communicative connections that integrate them into a social community, on the systems of knowledge and values prevailing in a given era, and that these factors influence the formation of personal identity in the context of an information society.
