Ціннісно-смислові аспекти розвитку громадянської компетентності здобувачів вищої освіти: соціально-філософський аналіз

Relevance of the research. An important direction of axiological support for the development of civic competence of higher education students in Ukraine at the current stage is the development of curricula including philosophical and ethical aspects of war, as well as the creation of innovative teaching methods aimed at the development of peacemaking skills and strategies that contribute to the cohesion of the Ukrainian community. The principles and means of effective scientific support for the process of developing civic competence of higher education applicants by the axiological branch of philosophical education in Ukraine are substantiated. The purpose of the article is to consider the systemic components and conceptualization of the axiological determinant as a research and applied educational and pedagogical tool for supporting the development of civic competence of higher education students. Conclusions. Modern challenges encourage the strengthening of scientific and methodological substantiation of axiological determinants and socio-philosophical support of the process of developing civic competence of higher education applicants in accordance with the requirements of today. Philosophical analysis of the principles and foundations of the development of civic competence of higher education students makes it possible to track trends and dynamic processes of the development of civic education in Ukrainian society, to properly structure educational approaches in close coordination with current trends and demands of the country's social life. Therefore, determining the axiological determinants of the process and substantiating effective ways of participation of the humanitarian corpus of sciences in the development of civic competence of students in the educational process of modern higher education in Ukraine is an urgent task of social philosophy. Since the connection between the formation of civic competence of applicants and social practices is considered as an extremely complex and multifactorial dynamic formation that functions due to the interaction of social, psychological and psychophysiological regulators and acts in the system of this interaction as an active guide and agent of a certain system of values and social needs, it is scientifically expedient to substantiate an axiological-holistic approach, in which the value direction of supporting the development of civic competence of higher education applicants in Ukrainian higher education institutions in the near future is most fully represented.
