The modern education system, particularly in the context of globalization and the rapid development of technologies, faces numerous challenges that require rethinking traditional management models. The growing turbulence and uncertainty inherent in the modern social and economic environment make new demands on educational management, which can no longer be limited to purely administrative approaches. The ideas of critical pedagogy, focused on the active involvement of students in the transformation of society, as well as existential approaches to the understanding of management, addressing issues of meaning and social responsibility, become necessary components of educational practice, contributing to the development of critically thinking citizens. This approach not only prepares students for integration into society but also educates them on readiness for its transformation. In addition, modern management theories, such as hybrid management, offer more adaptive models that combine a technocratic approach with humanistic values. This article will consider how philosophical ideas, such as Henri Giroud’s conception of the role of critical pedagogy, can contribute to constructing a more holistic and ethically responsible management model. Research methodology. This study uses an interdisciplinary methodological approach that combines philosophical analysis with the study of educational practices. In particular, the method of critical analysis was applied to examine the fundamental ideas of Henry Giroud’s critical pedagogy and modern approaches to hybrid management, Segal’s research. The analysis aims to identify the philosophical prerequisites and principles that underlie modern educational management. This approach makes it possible to understand how philosophical ideas can be integrated into management models to form socially significant and influential educational systems. The method of comparative analysis was also used to reveal the practical aspects of the philosophical approach to educational management. Different approaches to management in education systems in Ukraine and the international context were analyzed to assess how theoretical concepts can be adapted to specific educational conditions and challenges. The method of comparative analysis allows you to compare international approaches with national features, which makes it possible to develop recommendations for the use of philosophical concepts in the educational management of Ukraine, taking into account cultural and social contexts. The results of this study can be helpful for educational managers, teachers, and researchers who seek to improve management models in educational institutions, taking into account philosophical ideas and values.
