Аналіз конструкції гідроприводного розчинонасоса з різними комбінованими компенсаторами

Analysis of modern pumps indicates the search for ways to simplify their designs and improve the basic scheme of single-piston mortar pumps while minimizing pulsations in the pipeline during the transportation of building mortars. To reduce pulsations in modern single-piston mortar pumps, pressure compensators in the form of air caps of various volumes are used. But air compensators, along with their advantages, have significant disadvantages: compressed air directly contacts the pumped solution and is intensively removed from the cap during the operation of the mortar pump. Air removal is especially accelerated at elevated pressure (above 1.2…1.5 MPa). In this case, the efficiency of the compensator is significantly reduced, and pulsations increase. There is a need to create single-piston mortar pumps of increased reliability due to the use of a hydraulic drive, which will level the transverse forces on the cylinder-piston group, and reduce the level of pressure pulsations and mortar supply, ensure smooth regulation of the supply during operation, and should also increase productivity and volumetric efficiency compared to the electromechanical drive. Therefore, development and implementation of hydraulic drives together with a combined compensator will ensure effective operation of mortar pumps when pumping mortars and lightweight concrete.
