Музична спадщина України в епоху цифрових технологій: тенденції та інновації

This study explores the role of digital technologies in preserving and promoting Ukraine's intangible musical heritage amidst globalization and rapid cultural shifts. It examines contemporary approaches to the digitization of musical materials, including the application of artificial intelligence for analysis, systematization, reconstruction of damaged fragments, and the development of interactive platforms. The paper highlights key aspects of Ukraine's experience in digitizing its musical heritage, such as the creation of digital archives and initiatives for the digitization of folk songs and musical scores. It emphasizes the significance of both local and international platforms, like IMSLP, in integrating Ukrainian music culture into the global context. The main challenges faced by Ukrainian institutions in digital archiving are also discussed, including insufficient funding, limited technical resources and shortage of qualified personnel, legal barriers, and fragmented efforts across institutions. The importance of digital archives and platforms in preserving unique musical materials, ensuring their accessibility for researchers and broader audiences, and promoting Ukrainian music internationally is assessed. The potential of artificial intelligence to automate processes such as analysis, classification, and recreation of musical works is explored, contributing to a deeper understanding of cultural traditions. The paper outlines the future prospects for further development of digital technologies in preserving intangible heritage, including the integration of VR/AR, blockchain technologies for copyright protection, the creation of interactive educational platforms, and fostering international collaboration. It stresses the importance of establishing a unified national digitization strategy to ensure the sustainable preservation and global promotion of Ukrainian music culture.
