The paper presents an experimental study of the effect of ultrasound on hydrocarbon filtration in a porous medium core. An experimental setup was designed and manufactured to conduct the experiments. A GZ-120 generator and an amplifier on powerful beam tetrodes are used to generate ultrasound of sufficiently high amplitude.
